  • Chargebacks: If you've initiated a chargeback with your payment provider
  • Previous Refunds: Multiple refund requests on the same account (abuse prevention)

4. What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is approved:

  • Your license to use the plugin is revoked
  • You should delete the plugin files from your server
  • Access to updates and support is terminated
  • Your account remains active for future purchases
