By purchasing, downloading, or using any VoltexaStudios plugins, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use our products.

License Grant

What You Receive

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our plugins on servers you own or operate.

Permitted Uses

• Install and use the plugin on unlimited servers you own or operate
• Modify configuration files for your specific needs
• Receive updates and support as described in our support policy

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the plugin
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the plugin
• Share your purchased plugin with others
• Claim the plugin or any part of it as your own work
• Use the plugin on servers you do not own without purchasing additional licenses
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels

Purchases and Payments

Payment Processing

All purchases are processed through BuiltByBit. By making a purchase, you agree to BuiltByBit's terms of service and payment policies.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Any price changes will not affect existing purchases.

Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees related to your purchase.

Updates and Support

Lifetime Updates

Your purchase includes lifetime access to plugin updates, including:

• Bug fixes and security patches
• Compatibility updates for new Minecraft versions
• New features and improvements

Support

We provide support through:

• Discord community server
• BuiltByBit messaging system
• Documentation and guides

Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. We do not guarantee immediate responses or resolution of all issues.

Warranty Disclaimer

OUR PLUGINS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our plugins will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all server configurations. You use our plugins at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOLTEXASTUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our plugins shall not exceed the amount you paid for the plugin.

Intellectual Property

All plugins, code, documentation, designs, and related materials are and remain the exclusive property of VoltexaStudios. Our plugins are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The VoltexaStudios name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of VoltexaStudios. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

License Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you:

• Violate any terms of this agreement
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Distribute or share the plugin illegally
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the plugin's code

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the plugin and delete all copies in your possession.

User Conduct

When using our plugins and services, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our plugins for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Provide accurate information when contacting support
• Treat our team and community members with respect

Third-Party Services

Our plugins may integrate with or depend on third-party services (e.g., Vault API, Eco plugins). We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of service of these third-party services.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our plugins after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Material changes will be communicated through our Discord server or BuiltByBit product pages.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
