Common Issues
How do I download my purchased plugins?
After purchasing, you can download your plugins from your account dashboard:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to "My Plugins" or "Downloads"
- Click the download button for your plugin
- You'll receive the latest version as a .jar file
You'll also receive a download link via email immediately after purchase.
My plugin isn't working after installation
If your plugin isn't loading, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Check your server console for error messages
- Verify you're running a compatible Minecraft version (1.16.5+)
- Ensure you're using Spigot, Paper, or Purpur server software
- Check that Java 11 or higher is installed
- Make sure the .jar file is in your plugins/ folder
- Try restarting your server

How do updates work?
All VoltexaStudios plugins include lifetime updates:
- New updates are automatically available in your account dashboard
- You'll receive an email notification when updates are released
- Simply download the new version and replace the old .jar file
- Your configurations and data are preserved during updates
- We always test updates thoroughly before release
We recommend backing up your server before any update, though it's usually not necessary.
Can I use plugins on multiple servers?
Yes! Your purchase license covers all servers that you personally own. You can install our plugins on as many of your own servers as you'd like.
However, you cannot share or redistribute the plugin files with others. Each server owner needs their own license.
